Lady Cats Receive Championship Rings

STATE CHAMPIONSHIP RING BLING – Members of the 2017 Class 2A State Champion Rison Lady Wildcat softball team received their state title rings in a ceremony held Monday evening at the Rison School cafeteria. Rison knocked off the defending Class 2A state champs, the Spring Hill Lady Bears, 5-2 at Bogle Park in Fayetteville to win the Lady Wildcats’ first-ever state title in softball. Rison finished the year 28-5 and also won the 7-2A East District Softball Tournament as well.
