RISON - The Cleveland and County Cooperative Extension offices will be hosting of training session on the benefits of the Mediterranean Diet in September and October.The sessions will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 24, and Tuesday, Oct 1. There will also be a session from 8:30 a.m. to noon on Tuesday, Oct. 8.The cost is $25 per person and the session size is limited to 12 people. All participants must be able to attend two of the three sessions.
