RISON - Banks, local government offices and the Cleveland County Solid Waste Transfer Station on Hwy. 79 at Rison will be closed Monday, May 27, in observance of the Memorial Day holiday.Cleveland County Judge Jimmy Cummings said the transfer station will be open its normal hours on Saturday, May 25.In addition, the Herald office will be closed on Monday.
