RISON - Rison Elementary students recently had artists place in the 2024 Southeast Arkansas Regional Art Competition. Elizabeth Reed, art educator at Rison, selected 10 pieces of art to submit, and four placed in categories.Taylor Morris, sixth grade, placed second with Op Art.Rosie Wendel, fifth grade, placed first with Winter Birch Trees. She qualifies for state.Paul Bray, third grade, placed first with Warm/Cool Heart.
