RYE - A search and rescue effort involving multiple law enforcement agencies and volunteers Friday evening had a happy ending as a four year-old child was found safe.According to Cleveland County Chief Deputy Gary Young, the child was reported missing from Davis Road in the Rye area just after 5:30 p.m.A search ensued that included officers from the Cleveland County Sheriff’s Department as well as the Lincoln, Dallas and Bradley County Sheriff Departments, Arkansas State Police and Arkansas Game and Fish.Several volunteers also took part in the search as word spread through social media about the missing children. One person working the with the search estimated at least 200 people were involved. The child was found safe around 9:30 p.m. on Harrelson Road, a little less than a mile across the woods from the last known location....
