RISON - The spring run of the Great South Arkansas Junk Hunt may have a rainy start this Thursday, but it won't stop the sales happening. The four-day hunt runs Thursday, March 7 through Sunday, March 10 across the southern portion of the state featuring more than 600 miles of yard sales."The Junk Hunt goes on rain or shine," said organizer and founder Jennifer Via. Vendors will be set up at the Village through Saturday. The Village will not be open Sunday. As the Junk Hunt kicks off, a pinned post on the Great South Arkansas Junk Hunt Facebook Page will be updated with new hubs as they pop up."If you've got a hub where you're opening up space to set up sales, message us on the Facebook page and we'll get it added," Via said.Via said it is important to note that each vendor hub varies on which days they are open.
