RISON - August's Food Truck Friday event, co-hosted by Rison Shine Community Development and the Pioneer Village, will be held this Friday, Aug. 16 at the Pioneer Village (200 Yaney Drive) from 4 to 8 p.m.Participating food trucks are: Taco Shellz with street tacos, burritos, quesadillas, agua frescas, street corn cups and more.Brothers Food Trailer with cajun dishes including egg rolls, gumbo, red beans and rice, boudan balls, frog logs and fried shrimp.Lybrand Park N Go with boba teas in a variety of fruit flavors, pastries and more.Beginning at 6 p.m., live entertainment will be provided by Angelica Glass, a past performer at Rison in the Fall and member of the Cleveland County Community Theater and Pine Bluff Arts Center.The Rison Farmers Market will offer free vendor space for produce, crafts and more.
