WOODLAWN - Elin Bradley, 8th grade student from Rison, was declared the Cleveland County Spelling Bee Champion Jan. 31. Woodlawn Schools hosted this year's county spelling bee which consisted of a total of ten spellers. Bradley received a $50 gift card from FBT, as well as a spot in the Arkansas State Spelling Bee, which will be held in Little Rock on March 8, 2025. First runner up and alternate speller for the state bee, Jayci Rauls, a Woodlawn fifth grader, received a $25 gift card from FBT. Bryant Branch, seventh grade student from Rison, received a $10 gift card from FBT and placed third in the bee. ...
