RISON - Rison High School Beta Club participated in the Arkansas State Beta Club Convention in Hot Springs Jan. 19-20.
These students received the following honors in academic testing: Bryce Phillips - 2nd place in Agri Science; Marcela Castillo - 4th place in Spanish; Dylan Dedman - 4th place in Social Studies.
Cayla Johnson earned 5th place in Solo, Duo, Trio Talent: Dance and received a golden ticket invitation to perform at the national convention in Louisville, KY.
Fallon Johnson was elected the 2023 Arkansas State Beta Club Secretary and is eligible to run for national secretary in Louisville, KY. Fallon is the seventh consecutive Rison High School student elected as the Arkansas State Beta Club Secretary.
