RISON - The Cleveland County Health Unit will host a special event Thursday, May 2 from 1 to 3 p.m. to kick off a month of Celebrating Mom.
The event will focus on empowering women and nurturing well-being.
"Let's come together to share stories, learn, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of all women," said the Arkansas Department of Health in a statement.
Health tips and information will be provided, as well as door prizes.
