RISON -Ticket prices for all 83A conference football games will be $7 following a recent vote of the conference members, Cleveland County Superintendent Davy King has announced. Rison High School is a member of the 8-3A conference.As a result of the vote, ticket prices will go from $5 to $7. King said Cleveland County School District officials voted against the price increase, but conference schools approved the proposal by a 5-2 vote. Therefore, all ticket prices for football games will be $7.To help the patrons of CCSD, Kings said the school offer a season pass to all home games for both junior and senior high games. There are five home games for the junior high and five home games for the senior high. Season passes are $50 each and can be used for regular season junior high and senior high games only. Passes may be purchased in the central office from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays with cash or check only. Passes can be purchased until noon Sept. 3. Passes will be ready for pickup on Sept. 5....
