Dumas Overcomes Penalties to Hold Off Rison Rally

RISON - It was a quick threeand-out for the Dumas offense to start the game at George Walker Field of Champions last Friday night. After that, though, about the only thing that got in the way of the Bobcats was their 15 penalties, as they generated over 400 yards on offense and held off the Rison Wildcats, 20-14, in the season-opening game staged on a very hot, sultry evening which gave way to an 8 o'clock kickoff.
