RISON - Anyone accessing the eastside doors at the Cleveland County Court know the sidewalks that once existed there have been buried under inches of soil for several years. The Cleveland County Quorum Court recently approved County Judge Don Triplett’s recommendation to install two new sidewalks between the courthouse and the eastside parking lot at cost of $6,180.
