RISON - FBT Bank Vice President Penny Pitchford is pictured with Pioneer Village President Marty Bowlin, making a $5,000 contribution to the historic Rison property. According to Bowlin, the funds will kickstart a restoration project for the Village’s jail structure. The Pioneer Village at Rison features original structures as they would have existed in South Arkansas during the last half of the 19th century.
