    RISON - The Joe Cook Memorial Horseshoe Tournament will return to this year's Rison in the Fall Festival, Saturday, Oct. 18.

    The cost per team is $20 and kicks off at 10:30 a.m. at the corner of Third and Pine Streets in Rison.

    Registration begins at 10 a.m.
