RISON - Rison Paws for a Cause is partnering with Barks and Bubbles to host a Scrub-A-Pup Fundraiser this Saturday, July 5.
"Come support local pet rescue efforts and treat your furry friend at the same time," said Penny Pitchford, one of the organizers of Rison Paws for a Cause.
The event is offering dog baths and nail trims by appointment. The cost is $15 for small dogs and $25 for large dogs. To schedule an appointment, call (870) 884-1966. All proceeds go towards vet care, food, supplies and rescue efforts for animals in need.
Additionally, anyone interested in volunteering or donating to the Rison Paws for a Cause efforts can contact Pitchford.
Donations can be made through CashApp $RisonPawsForACause and PayPal @RisonPawsForACause. Checks can be mailed to PO Box 123, Rison AR 71665 or you can drop off donations at any FBT Bank branch.
