FORDYCE - The Cleveland/Dallas County Retired Teachers Association will meet on Tuesday, March 10 at 1:30 p.m. in the Dallas County Extension Office, 203 N. Clifton Street in Fordyce.The Arkansas Retired Teachers Association (ARTA) is a voluntary organization that devotes its interests and efforts exclusively toward improving the welfare of retired school personnel.
