WOODLAWN - Woodlawn had some big winners at the SEARK Education Cooperative Rubik's Cubing Competition. They won first place in the team competition, solving 25 cubes in five minutes and 12 seconds. They also took first in the individual competitions as well, with sixth grader, Shelby Nooner, taking first place of the 5th/6th/7th grade competition, solving her cube in 46 seconds. Eighth grader, Justus Lowe, took the first place win in the 8th/9th/10th grade competition, solving his cube in 43 seconds. They finished their day teaching students new to cubing how to solve the cube and creating Rubik's Cube Mosaics.
