Cleveland County Treasurer Angie Kimsey reported at the quorum court meeting that the county general fund finished 2025 with a higher balance than it had at the end of the 2024. According to her monthly financial report, Cleveland County closed 2025 with a balance of $816,417.62 compared to $790,781.12 at the end of 2024. Also, the county earned a total of $219,416.05 in interest from the certificates of deposits invested in the solid waste, ambulance and former nursing home investment funds.
