PINE BLUFF - Free vendor space is being offered for the Boots and Roots Festival to be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 14, at Whispering Pines Cowboy Church, 6912 Old Warren Road in Pine Bluff.
Activities include bouncy house, face painting, horse rides, trick riding, goat and calf scrambles, stick horse race, potato sack race, mutton bustin' and wagon rides. The grande finale will be a Cowboy Drag at 4:30 p.m. with cash prizes awarded to the winners.
