RISON - The Green House Cottages of Southern Hills and Rison Shine Community Development have announced they will be hosting events on Halloween night, Tuesday, Oct. 31.
The Green House Cottages, 701 Main Street, will be hosting a Fall Festival from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 31. There will be free refreshments, games and other activities for the youth.
Rison Shine will host its annual Trunk-or-Treat beginning at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 31, in downtown Rison. Local churches, businesses, civic groups and individuals are invited to set up in downtown to give away candy. Participants are asked to begin setting up in the 200 block of Main street beginning at 5 p.m. There is no charge to participate.
In addition, Rison Shine announced it would accept candy donations from those who would like to contribute but not necessarily set up to give it away.
