RISON - Jonathan Hibbard has joined the Cleveland County Farm Bureau Office as a new agent.A 2018 graduate of Star City High School, Hibbard earned a bachelor's degree in organismal biology from the University of Arkansas at Monticello. He was previously an irrigation/water management specialist with Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS).Hibbard said his family has a 2,000-acre farm near Tichnor that is leased out for row crop production.He said he has been assigned to many of the Farm Bureau accounts previously handled by Joe Rauls. He said he is making an effort to reach at to all those clients.Hibbard officially joined the Clevleand County office on Aug. 1 after receiving training in life insurance at the Southern Farm Bureau office in Jackson, Miss. He will be offering life insurance plans as well as auto, property casualty and health insurance....
