RISON - Arkansas State Police identified the victims of last week's fatal accident near Woodlawn as Justin Owen, 38, of Pine Bluff, and Joshua Dicky, 36, of Star City.Meanwhile, the driver of the vehicle, Jerry Wayne Dicky, 61, of College Station, Texas, was transported to the hospital.The accident occurred at about 6 p.m. last Tuesday, July 22, just south of Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church located at 8120 Hwy. 63 south of Woodlawn School.According to State Police, the three were traveling south on Hwy. 63 in a 2024 Ram pickup truck. The vehicle crossed over the northbound lane before leaving the roadway and striking a culvert and driveway, causing the truck to become airborne. The vehicle then struck a utility pole where it overturned and struck two trees.Cleveland County Coroner Chuck Valentine confirmed both victims died at the scene while the driver was transported to the hospital.The utility pole was snapped in half during the accident, C&L Electric Cooperative reported.
