WSD Sets Meeting For Report to Public, Facilities on Oct. 16

WOODLAWN - The Woodlawn School District will hold its annual Report to the Public as well as public hearing on its 2022 Facilities Master Plan beginning at 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 16, at the school cafeteria, Superintendent Dr. Kevin Hancock has announced. The Woodlawn School Board will meeting immeditaly afterwards. The Woodlawn School Board usually meets the second Monday of each month but the October meeting was moved since the second Monday falls on the Columbus Day holiday. In the Report to the Public, Hancock and other administrators will review the achievements of the 2022-23 school year as well as plans for the current school year. Hancock said once that report is finished, they will reconvene to hold a public meeting on the district's Facilities Master Plan. All patrons are encouraged to attend.
