WOODLAWN - Woodlawn scored on all four of its possessions as the Junior Bears blanked the Rose Bud Junior Ramblers, 28-0, in the 7th-8thgrade game held Friday at the Carl Jones Sports Complex.Brody Richardson had a 15yard touchdown run to cap a sixplay, 65-yard drive that included a 26-yard quarterback keeper by Grayson Jones and a 28-yard gain on a double reverse by Eli Smith. The point-after pass attempt was incomplete.The Junior Bears' Aiden Beatty recovered a Rose Bud fumble at the Junior Ramblers' 29 on the ensuing series, and Grayson Jones found Easton Franks for a 15-yard touchdown pass. Remy Horner ran in the two-point conversion to make it 14-0.Franks had a big tackle on Rose Bud's next possession that led to Horner recovering a fumble at the Junior Rambler 17 with just 2 seconds left in the first half.Woodlawn went 70 yards in four plays to open the second half with Grayson Jones hitting Franks for a 55-yard touchdown. Horner punched in the twopointer to make it 22-0.Grayson Jones and Logan Doss then came up with a big fourth-down stop on the Junior Ramblers' next possesion, giving the Junior Bears at first down at the Rose Bud 35. Three plays later, Horner was scoring from eight yards out. The conversion attempt was no good, leaving the score 28-0.Horner preserved the shutout when he intercepted a Junior Rambler pass on the final series of the game....
