RISON - More than 1,400 C&L Electric Cooperative customers in mostly eastern Cleveland County experienced a temporary power outage last week on Thanksgiving morning.C&L Electric announced that 1,427 out of 4,878 tracked meters (29.25 percent) were without power in areas mostly along and around Hwy. 63, including Woodlawn, Rowell and Pansy.Most power was restored by mid-morning. C&L Electric stated on its Facebook page that the power outage was caused by trees that had been cut and had fallen on the transmission line....
