RISON - More than 40 vendors were on hand Tuesday for the Cleveland County Health Fair held at the Pioneer Village in Rison. The event was organized by the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute's Community Outreach and Engagement Office along with local partners. Those visiting the free health had access to free flu shots, health screenings, nutritional information, health resources and more....
