RISON - The Arkansas Senior Medicare Patrol (AR SMP) is partnering with the Arkansas Senior Health Insurance Information Program (AR SHIIP) — a free, unbiased program through the Arkansas Insurance Department — and the Cleveland County Extension Homemakers Council to help Medicare recipients review and compare their Medicare and prescription drug plans. A free Medicare Open Enrollment Clinic will be held in Rison, Wednesday, Nov. 19 at the Veterans Building, 404 Sycamore St. From 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 to 2 p.m. RSVP is required.
