    Woodlawn senior Jude Roberts, who recently signed a national letter of intent to play basketball for the University of Arkansas at Monticello, set a new school record with 53 points in the Bears’ 78-62 win over the Bearden Bears last Thursday night at the Woodlawn Gym. Roberts was 18-of-28 from the field, 6-of-10 on 3-pointers, and 8-of-14 at the free throw line. Woodlawn Coach Logan Adair said Roberts breaks the previous single-game scoring record of 50 set by Mike Stewart before the 3-point line was implemented. ...
