HOT SPRINGS - Fountain Lake built a 28-point lead by halftime as the Class 4A Cobras cruised by the Woodlawn Bears, 69-41, in a non-conference game Monday night at Fountain Lake.The Cobras scored 25 points in the opening period as the Bears’ leading scorer for the season, Jude Roberts, was saddled with four fouls in the first quarter. Woodlawn trailed 25-9 at the end of the first and was down 44-16 at the half.Bears Coach Logan Adair said they played much better in the second half as Woodlawn matched Fountain Lake in the second half despite the Cobras leaving their starters on the floor until less than 3 minutes were left in the game.Despite his early foul trouble, Roberts still managed to finish with 20 points.
