RISON - The Cleveland County Herald plans to offer a live stream through its Facebook page of the Cleveland County Republican Party’s Candidates Forum scheduled for 6 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 27, publisher Britt Talent has announced.“Barring any technical issues, we plan to host what will be our first-ever live stream of an event,” Talent said. “We invite those who are unable to attend the forum in person to join us on our Facebook page, which can be found under Cleveland County Herald.”In addition, Talent said they will be recording a video of the forum that will be available through the Herald’s website, www. clevelandcountyherald.com a day or so after the event....
