RISON - The Cleveland County Cooperative Extension Service will be offering the Extension Get Fit adult strenght training program beginning at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 12, at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church on Hwy. 35 south of Rison.
Based on research, the program is designed to incresae strength and improve balance and flexibility. The program is safe, structured and affordabnle, and appropriate for all fitness levels.
