RISON - The Cleveland County Cooperative Extension Office has announced it will hold a meeting for those interested in Extension Homemakers at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 1, at Kingsland City Hall, 200 First Street in Kingsland.
Arkansas Extension Homemakers' mission is to empower individuals and families through informal education in family and consumer sciences, leadership development, and community service.
With a variety of clubs, and an array of projects, there are many opportunities to get involved with EHC. Anyone interested in joining the Kingsland Extension Homemakers Club is invited to attend this interest meeting.
