RISON - The Cleveland County Fair Association will host a rodeo this Friday and Saturday, Sept. 29-30 beginning at 8 p.m. nightly at the Fairgrounds.
Buckles will be awarded to average winners in all events, with $5,000 in added money.
There will be nightly entertainment, a calf scramble and concessions available.
Youth events are $30 for ages 15 and under, including: junior tie down, junior breakaway and junior barrel race. Mutton busting is $10 with a 60-pound limit.
Open events are $50 and include: ranch bronc, tie down, breakaway, team roping, goat tying, barrel race, bull riding.
The rodeo is sponsored by Donnie and Charlotte King, Roger and Patricia McClellan, FBT Bank, Lynn Wilson, Rison Pharmacy, Watson Pharmacy, England Packing, the Jewelry Box, Arnette Guyer and a sponsorship in honor of Paul Stephenson.
