FORDYCE - The Cleveland and Dallas County Retired Teachers Association will host Area 5 ARTA meeting Tuesday, Oct. 10 from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Fordyce Methodist Church, 104 E. 4th Street.
Area 5 speakers include: Arkansas Teachers Retirement System Director Mark White, ARTA Executive Director and Insurance Advantage Representative Donna Morrey, ARTA President Cassie Pendergrass, children's book author Rachel Bryan.
