Dr. Alexander Rejistre, Sr. of Hands For Veterans, Inc., a nonprofit organization, is offering free chiropractic adjustments for veterans and first responders at his located at 401 West Third and Jefferson Streets in Gould.
The free service is offered to veterans who have a DD214 form, official military personnel file, honorable discharge certificate, veterans health identification card or a driver license with a veteran endorsement.
Firefighters, law enforcement offices, EMTs and 911 dispatcher who have an identification card with their job title/position, signed verification letter or pay stub with name and position/job title are eligible for the free service as well.
Low income individuals or families can also receive services for $10. Must present a W2 or current check stub.
