Ronnie Joe Thompson, 77, of Malvern, passed away Friday, March 28, 2025 in Hot Springs.He was born October 4, 1947 in Pine Bluff.Ronnie graduated Woodlawn High School and attended the University of Arkansas at Monticello.He received an honorable discharge from the Navy during the Vietnam Conflict.

Houston Everett Culpepper Jr., of Rison, Arkansas, born in Little Rock, Arkansas March 21, 1948 and passed away in Rison on March 18, 2025, just days before his 77th birthday. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and hardworking man who always put his family first.

James "Larry" Barton, 89, passed away peacefully on March 11, 2025. He was born in Strong, Arkansas, on March 31, 1935 to James Alvin and Athleen Goynes Barton. The family moved to Fordyce in 1937. Larry called Fordyce home.

Mary Lee Harrell, 89, of Sheridan, AR, died Sunday, March 16, 2025 at the Arkansas Heart Hospital Encore Medical Center in Bryant, AR. She was born July 6, 1935 in Boothe, AR in Scott County. She was a retired inspector from the Rison Garment Factory.

Patsy Ann Spears, 85, of New Edinburg, died Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at her daughter's home. She was born on May 14, 1939 in New Edinburg, Arkansas to the late Oscar D. Kee and Peggy Harris Kee. Patsy was a member of Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church in New Edinburg.
