Barbara Reed Johnson, 80, died peacefully at her home on July 23, 2023, surrounded by her family, friends, and beloved pets. Born in the "Y" Community in Cleveland County, she moved with her parents, Jennings and Valerie Reed, to Pine Bluff where she graduated from Watson Chapel High School.

Joe Don Bradley, 87, of Rison, passed away Thursday, June 29, 2023. He was bom June 25, 1936 in Rison, AR to the late Clifton Leon and Dorothy Wells Bradley. Joe never met a stranger, he loved talking and visiting with people, and made many friends.

Sammie Barnett, 96, transitioned to be with his Lord and Savior, Saturday, June 24, 2023 surrounded by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Sammie was born to Sam and Emma Bradley Barnett in Rison, AR on October 12, 1926. He was retired from Martin Bros.

Jimmy Stover

Jimmy Douglas Stover, 74, of Rison, passed away Saturday, July 1, 2023.  He was born March 13, 1949 in Cleveland County, Arkansas to the late Elbert and Marie Cash Stover.  Jimmy was a graduate of Woodlawn Highschool class of 1967 and was a retiree from the Cotton Belt Railroad.

Bobby Joe Hopper, 94.5 went to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, in Bethany, LA. He was born on January 23, 1929 in New Edinburg, AR., the son of Hugh C. and Lennie Hopper. He graduated from New Edinburg High School in 1947.

Dr. Larry R. Austin, 76, passed from this life Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at his home in Mansfield, Arkansas. Larry was born June 19, 1947 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas to Hulon and Kathryn Austin. Hulon passed away December of 1946, before Larry was born.
