RISON - The Cleveland County Extension Service and Extension Homemakers groups will host a Mental Health Awareness Walk this Friday, May 5 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The walk will take place around the Cleveland County Courthouse.
Registration will begin at 9:30 a.m. at the Courthouse, with the walk officially beginning at 10 a.m. If you would like to register in advance, call the Extension Office at (870) 325-6321.
The walk is accepting donations from participants, or from sponsorships in support of walkers. All donations go towards supporting the Cleveland County Extension Homemakers and their state project, which aims to provide mental well-being awareness and education to EHC members and their communities.
