Blacksmith Club Meeting Saturday

RISON - The 4-H Blacksmith Club is open to youth (age 9-19) interested in learning to make metal items by hand.The next meeting will be Saturday, Nov. 16 from 3-5 p.m. at the Pioneer Village in Rison.Participants learn how to use forges, hammers and anvils to create their own hand-forged metal items like fire pokers, triangle dinner bells, wall hooks and more.For more information, contact club leader Ed Montgomery at (501) 658-5212 or contact the Cleveland County Extension Service to reserve a spot or become an adult supervisor, (870) 325-6321....
