RISON - Local animal rescue Rison Paws for a Cause would like to thank the Friendship Extension Homemakers Club for the donation of a Stihl power washer for use at the rescue's kennels in Rison.
"We are glad to have this much-needed tool for the daily tasks the kennels require," said Mark Pitchford, President of Rison Paws for a Cause (pictured above).
The EHC members used some of the funds raised form selling fried pies to make the purchase.
"We were excited to be able to do this for this worthwhile organization," said Arnette Guyer, Friendship EHC President.
