    RISON - The Pioneer Village at Rison is looking to revive its Heritage Crafts Festival for Spring 2023.

    The event, which was a huge draw throughout the 70s, 80s and 90s, fizzled as crafting faded in that era.

    Organizer Malinda Berry said seeing a resurgence of people crafting again inspired the Pio‐neer Village to try to bring the event back.

    “Plans are still in development for March,” she said. “We are currently seeking crafters to demonstrate their handmade crafts.”
