Marvin D. Brown, 83, of Pine Bluff, went to be with the Lord, Friday, August 22, 2025. He was born April 24, 1942 in Rowell to the late Claud L. and Gracie May Roberts Brown.
Marvin was reared and educated in Pine Bluff. He worked at International Paper, retiring after 37 years, and was a member of the Quarter Century Club. Marvin loved the outdoors and enjoyed camping, fishing and hunting. He was a member of New Home Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Delota Dennis Brown, whom he married June 8, 1963; daughter, Amy Bowlin (Doyle); daughter-in-law, Lamonica Brown; brother, Kenneth Brown (Earvina); four grandchildren, Morgan Forman (Cody), Bradley Wood, Madison Alston (Adam) and Austin Thomason; and a great granddaughter, Taylynn "Sunshine" Forman.
Preceding him in death were his parents; son, Larry Brown; two brothers; and three sisters.
Funeral service were Monday, August 25, 2025 at Ralph Robinson and Son. Bro. Joseph Pemberton will officiate. Burial followed in Brown Cemetery.
