RISON - The Rison High School junior high and varsity football teams will scrimmage their Class 4A Star City counterparts on Aug. 17-18.
The junior high teams are scheduled to play 7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 17, at Star City. At 7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 18, the varsity teams will scrimmage at George Walker Field of Champions.
The Rison Wildcats are scheduled to open their 2026 campaign on Friday, Aug. 28, at De-Witt. The Junior Wildcats start their season on Thursday, Aug. 27, at home against DeWitt.
