10 YEARS AGO JULY 27, 2016 Three boring crews are currently at work along Hwy. 79 between Kingsland and Fordyce, as ARK-O, the new local telephone company begins the first major phase of making infrastructure improvements to bring faster broadband internet speeds to its customers in Cleveland County.
