RISON - The Pioneer Village at Rison has announced it will be hosting “Italian Night at the Village” with an Italians dinner served Saturday evening, Oct. 24, at the McMurtrey House.
The menu will consist of lasagna, bread, salad, dessert and tea/water. The meal is being prepared by Matt Harrison, who learned his craft while attending culinary school in Austin, Texas.
There are a limited number of formal dine-in seats available inside the historic McMurtrey House, which will be decorated for the affair. There will be two seatings available, one at 5 p.m. and another at 6:30 p.m.
In addition, take-out/dine-out plates will be available at the Gazebo located next the McMurtrey House. Tables will be available for those who would like to dine outside.
Tickets are $20 each and must be purchased in advance. Tickets are available at the Cleveland County Herald office at 215 Main Street in Rison. In addition, tickets will be sold at the Pioneer Village booth during Rison in the Fall.
