It is with great sadness, joy and pride that we announce the passing of our Dad and Husband, Harold Edward Saeler.
Harold, bom December 1, 1945, passed away Sunday, October 23, 2022 at the age of 76.
He fought a long battle with bad health. He had mixed feelings about leaving his family. He was also ready to walk those streets of gold and wear his crown of jewels that he so earned and deserved.
He hated leaving his wife Linda Golden Saeler, His daughter Jan Saeler Moore, his only son: Harold Todd Saeler and his son Tyler Saeler his beautiful grandkids: Karson Pierce (Brittany and Gavin), Ruston Moore (Emily), and his only granddaughter Jaydon (Lucy) Moore and one greatgrandson Creek Pierce.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Horace and Rosie Lee Saeler, two brothers: H.J. Saeler and Clifton Saeler, Bill and Viola Reed and Emily Passmore.
Additional survivors include his brother: Billy Joe (Janis) Saeler, and sister-n-law Dinky Saeler. He had a multitude of nieces and nephews. A host of many friends including Rev. Daniel Parker, Rev. Leo Dye, Steven Brown and Ray Choate whom he loved for many years.
We the family, made the decision that we are going to have a private ceremony at a later date.
