David Harrison Sisson, 73, expired at his home on Wednesday November 30, 2022.
He was born and lived in Fordyce, AR most of his life. He also lived in Kingsland and Chambersville, AR for a period of time. He was a Marine veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Jetta Sisson of Kingsland; a daughter, Jenifer Sisson of Fordyce and a step-son, Jeremy Gilliam of Fordyce; six grandchildren, Andrew (Halley) Sisson of Fordyce, Jordan Sisson of Fordyce, Christopher (Megan) Owens of Fordyce, Peyton Sisson of New Edinburg, Ragan Sisson of New Edinburg and Deperrice Owens of Arkadelphia; twelve great-grandchildren. He is also survived by a brother, Wilson Sisson of Hampton and a sister, Betty Sisson of Redfield; and a host of other friends and relatives.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Voreece and Annie Louise Sisson; one son, Roy Reece Sisson; a sister, Bonnie Denton, and a brother, Raymond Sisson.
Graveside services were Saturday, December 3 at Stoney Point Cemetery with Rev. Harry Puterbaugh officiating.
Arrangements are by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce.
