KINGSLAND - Kingsland Mayor Sharon Crosby has announced that all of the old lighted Christmas ornaments will be placed outside City Hall this week for people to pick up.
Crosby explained the ornaments were purchased years ago in memory of individuals and placed on street poles. Due to the wear and tear, many of the ornaments were unable to be used this year. Family members of the individuals honored with the ornaments may wish to keep the ornaments.
Crosby said the ornaments will be available outside City Hall through Sunday, Dec. 18. She said a large pick-up truck would be needed to load an ornament.
