Mr. Nathan and Mrs. Bobbie Bell, of Rison, are pleased to announce the upcoming marriage of their daughter, Julia 'Julie' Bell, to Justin Rollans, son of Mr. Dan and Mrs. LeAnn Rollans of East End, Arkansas.
Justin is a graduate of Sheridan High School, Louisiana Tech University, and obtained a masters degree from the University of Arkansas.
He works as a GIS Project Manager. Julie is a graduate of Rison High school and obtained a masters degree from Arkansas State University.
She works as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Justin is the grandson of Dorothy (and the late Kenneth) Rollans of Little Rock, AR, and Kay (and the late Ray) McCullough of Mt. Ida, AR. Julie is the granddaughter of Bill and Gail Bell of Rison, AR, and Karen (and the late Lloyd) Petray of Fordyce, AR.
The couple plans to exchange vows at The Venue at Stonebrook Meadows in Bauxite, Arkansas on January 21, 2023.
They plan to make their home in East End.
